📌 Late Policy

Please arrive on time to receive your full service. I offer a 10-minute grace period; however, if I do not hear from you within those 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the 40% no-show fee will be charged.

📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A 40% cancellation fee applies to no-shows, rescheduling, or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This protects the time and preparation reserved specifically for you.

📌 Deposits

• Deposits are only required for longer appointments that involve extensive setup and time.
• All deposits are non-refundable and go toward the total cost of your service.
• If you need to reschedule a service requiring a deposit, the deposit cannot be transferred. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

📌 No Children Policy

For safety, compliance, and liability reasons—especially since I work with blood—children are not permitted at appointments. Thank you so much for understanding and helping keep the environment safe and professional.
